New Years Resolution... or not...

I am officially a fat cow and am starting today to do something about it.  292 lbs.... dear God, I never thought I'd be that big again.  I am a gastric bypass failure to say the least.  I had the surgery in 2007, got down to 220 lbs when prego in 2009, and since having my son have ballooned back up, yuck!

Since New Years Resolutions are made and forgotten within what, a week?  I have decided to not call it a New Years Resolution, but a Lifetime Resolution... to get to where I'm comfortable in my own skin and stay there.

So, today it starts.


Got up this morning and exercised... thank you Leslie Sansone and your 2 mile walk, allowing me to wiggle my fat butt in the comfort of my own home with my 2 year old son right along side of me.  I am consuming massive amounts of water, a couple of protein shakes, and a light meal followed by a light dinner this evening.  With a finale of another walk dvd this evening.  Hopefully I can follow such a simple plan!

Science Diet Dog Food... Good Stuff

My dog loved it!  Great quality, great ingredients list... My dog has a very sensitive stomach, and had no issues with it, as he usually does with most dog foods.  I will definitely be buying this for him in the future.
